A lovely addition to a cottage garden style border, preferring a damp and shady site.

Habitat: Woodland and hedgerow 

Height: 40-100cm

Growth Type: Perennial

Position: Shade to semi-shade

Soil Preference: Neutral to calcareous

    Jumbo plug plant (70cc)


    A tall perennial with bell-shaped flowers which bloom on long stems in early summer.

    Flowers are usually purple, although there are some which have pink and white blooms.


    Loved by bees!


    Advised to plant in informal groups to encourage recognition and attract bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.
